Bartosz Bartczak - President – age 33, graduated from Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń, Law Department. Between 2000 and 2008 representing Mentor SA, responsible for creating and managing of international co-operation. Since December 2001 holding managing positions, since May 2003 - International Office Director. He speaks fluent English.
Przemysław Termiński – V-ce President – age 37, graduated from Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń, Law Department, and Finance Academy Insurance Department in Poznań. He holds a title of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) - joint program of Toruń University and Business Dominican University in Chicago. Between 1994-1996 and 1999-2000 V-ce President of Energo-Inwest-Broker S.A, 1997-1999 – President of Team Service Sp. z o.o., 2001-2002 V-ce President of Mentor S.A.; 1998-1999 – Advisory Board Member of PTE Epoka S.A.. Since June 2000 - President of FST-Management sp. z o.o. in Toruń. He communicates in English fairly well.
Tomisław Kalembka - Broker – age 32, graduated from Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń, Law Department. Within the Erasmus – Socrates programme he spent one year of his studies at Law Department of the University in Regensburg – Germany. Between 2002 and 2008 representing Mentor SA, responsible for international co-operation, mainly with respect to contact with German-speaking partners and Clients. He is a specialist in service of international insurance programs. He speaks fluent German and very good English.
Michał Maliszewski - Broker – age 29, graduated from Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń, Law Department and European Special Studies conducted by Jean Monnet Centre for European Studies at Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń. Additionally, he finished postgraduate studies in legal and court translations in English, conducted by The Institute of Applied Linguistics at University of Warsaw. Between 2004 and 2008 representing Mentor SA, responsible for international co-operation. Earlier he was employee of Tax Department in PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. He is a specialist in service of international insurance programmes. He speaks fluent English.
